Pudding

We're on a pudding kick right now. Lots of half price milk from the co-op lately, but not whole milk so can't make ricotta. There's only so much yogurt I can make, and we're getting goat milk, too, and making kefir with that....... so, pudding. Cornstarch pudding, using the recipe from Kingsford cornstarch for cocoa, vanilla. The cocoa pudding I've been making for forever, and it never gets old. Pic is of pudding on a homemade peanut butter cookie. Pretty darn tasty!
