Tzatziki

So damn good! I had issues with overcooking salmon at the beginning of the season, this helped the dryness a ton.

Tzatziki Sauce
from the Olive and the Caper by Susanna Hoffman
3/4 t salt
2-4 cloves garlic
1.5 c yogurt
1 small cucumber
1T fresh mint or dill
1/4t black pepper
1T red wine vinegar
