The Cherry on Top


An end-of-the-week-yogurt sundae with chocolate sauce and a little bit of strawberry preserves. I make the choc sauce cause that way it's organic, and doesn't have high fructose corn syrup.


Cocoa Syrup recipe:
1c cocoa
2c sugar
pinch salt
1 1/3c water
1T vanilla
Whisk together the first 4.
Boil 3 min.
Cool, add vanilla.
Makes ~2.5c
