Faux Chicken / Bittman

Now this is an interesting article. I hate fake meat. I think it's ridiculous that someone would rather eat some crappy semi-industrial product that sort of looks and tastes like meat rather than cooking a decent meal with legumes/grains/veggies/whatever. They start out with that opinion. But then they got to thinking that considering real industrial meat is so damn disgusting, weaning people from it in any way possible is worthy. Good read.
