Fried Ricotta on Dandelion Greens 'n' Red Sauce

So I went with fresh tomatoes and fresh ricotta for a few nights in a row, and then the ricotta got a little game-y, so fried it up in olive oil. Yum. The dandelion greens were just roughly chopped and sauteed, and then I dumped in some of last year's red sauce. Have 1Q left of last year's, and something like the first 5Q of this year's.
