Salmon Salad

S Bee and I are starting to cook together. It's a work in progress cause I'm so used to having complete control in the kitchen.... Last night we (mostly she) made a salad of grated carrot, an avo from Amy's parents' farm, a can of pink salmon (alas, not sockeye), boiled sweet corn, minced garlic, lemon, salt, pepper; eaten with lettuce leaves. Tasty. And as per usual, food photography is hard, be gentle.

  1. arentcha gunna tell 'em how we wrapped the salmon salad in lettuce leaves like little burritos? that was the best part. also, showering the concoction in fresh lemon juice makes it extra yummy. i think the photos would come out better if the flash was off.
