Frozen Whipped Cream

In making crème fraîche sherbet there was a little too much whipped cream for the container I was freezing it in. So just saved the extra in a yogurt container. Crème fraîche, sugar, vanilla extract. Really really really good.
with stewed rhubarb
with under-ripe white peaches. the dude at the farmer's market let me down
