Leftover Salmon

We got salmon about 7 times this summer. Mostly filets, though we got a whole sockeye once and grilled it outside. Pretty much just did the standard skin-side down in a hot pan and then flipping it. Once or twice did the skin side down and finish in the oven without flipping. Here are a few salmon pics:
