Chile, La Campana

day 4 of the meeting was a field trip to Parque Nacional La Campana. There was an entrance to it right by Olmue but we went around to the north entrance to see the native palm trees. Nice park.

this is the La Campana mountain, Darwin climbed it back in the day
this reminds me of the horses in the movie Hot to Trot
nice little town near the park
pretty good empanadas. we also bought some farm cheese
horses on the side of the road were pretty common

La Campana from the Olmue side
lots of produce markets near Olmue
