Neko/9:30/NPR

Onionav tipped me off to this. Yet another live show from the 9:30 club in DC recorded for NPR. Nice. Wonder if Clare went to it?
Image borrowed for an extended period of time from NPR.

A nice mix of songs from Blacklisted, Tigers, Fox Confessor, and the new album.

Ooooo, the xylophone in 'Middle Cyclone'. The witty-ish banter --> "....man, don't you love science." The grim reaper running gag, too.

This is a nice write up, and looks to be a good DC music website in general, 'cept I did a search on the Velveteens and got no love, so maybe not.

"god bless me i'm a free man, with no place free to go", except the desert....
