Sausage/Squash Calzone Filling

The trickle of Joshua Tree posts commences. I made calzone for the first night. It's my traditional road trip 1st night food. Easy and good. Red chard, garlic, onion, some leftover sunshine squash and some Dey Dey's sweet italian beef sausage. A little Tillamook cheese and we were good to go.

If I was even half clever this would be a pic of the calzone, but it isn't, it's the sour skons and bread that i also baked while the oven was on.
