
Lemon/lime crème fraîche sherbet:
1Q crème fraîche
6 oz sugar
1/2 c lemon+lime juice
pinch salt
pinch orange zest
Whipped the crème fraîche, added sugar, whipped more, added juice, froze without stirring at all.
