REI / NPR

Heard an REI corporate sponsorship on NPR this morning. Seems like a logical thing to do, similar demographics. My dad has been a member since the early 70s, their catalogs were awesome when I was a kid. Kinda yuppified now, but still a good company. Got my dividend check last week....

    Seth, we obviously need to have another conversation about stocks if you are getting all flush and shoppy off of dividends and I am getting all poor and destitute.

    No dude, REI is a co-op, so you get a dividend back each year, 10% of what you spent. I don't go for that stock market thing.
